In this webinar, Katy describes a pilot study where they investigated the value of using multi-omics for the study of placental development. SWATH® Acquisition (TripleTOF® 6600 System) was used for differential protein expression analysis on the samples, and RNASeq (HiSeq, Illumina) was used for quantitative transcript abundance. Quantitative data was combined using the iPathwayGuide Software (Advaita) to investigate the implicated pathways and biological processes.
**The OneOmics™ functionality discussed in this video is now available in the SCIEX Cloud.
