Good afternoon, Colleagues!
Recently we bought QTRAP 5500. Our previous instruments were "Shimadzu".
Our today's problem is: we are can not use the "MultiQuant" software. This software installed by service engineer, starts normally. We can add some data for creating the quantitation method, choose analyte, IS and regression type. But when we trying to perform all this parameters to create "result table", software breaks down with following error message:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQLite, Version=188.8.131.52, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

MultiQuant Version: 184.108.40.206
OS Version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1
DotNet Version: v4.0
Service engineer told us that this can happens because of some common software that was installed on the PC connected to the QTRAP. We install antivirus software (AVAST), MS Office (with russian pack), Skype, Google Chrome (russian pack) and some others.
After removing antivirus, reinstalling of english MS Office 2010 and further reinstalling of MultiQuant, the problem does not dissapear.
Screenshots are attached.
Is it necessary to reinstall OS (Win 7 Professional x64) due to possible conflicts in regional standarts (like date, time format, "point" or "comma" before decimal part of number, etc)?
Could You help us with this problem?
