How Do I Activate My SCIEX License Key?

Answer

To activate a SCIEX license key, log into https://sciex.com with your username and password. Navigate to https://sciex.com/support/activate-software and complete the required fields.

The top three grey fields are prefilled with your name and email address. This is the email address your license file will be emailed to.

Select an instrument serial number that your software license is associated with.

Add the computer IDs for the computer where you will be installing the software license. Selecting the white, lower-case i enclosed by the blue circle will provide information about how to obtain the computer ID for your workstation.

Then add the AID license key information. Please ensure that the AID portion of the license key is typed in all caps. The remaining letters in the license should be entered in lower-case. The white, encircled, lower-case i provides the license's activation status when selected. 

Then select the orange Submit button. If you receive any errors, please contact Sciex technical support for further assistance.
