In the MPX software 2.0, the carryover detection feature requires that the values for the high or region height columns need to be defined for each component. These values are used to set the flag for the above upper concentration limit. 

The value for h = high can be determined from the upper limit of quantitation (ULOQ) for each analyte or from the maximum calibration value.

Region height is an optional limit that is set when a batch is submitted and this value can be used for flagging. The maximum value used here is 1e7.
