Answer

The custom columns created in MultiQuant™ software and added to a results table cannot be saved in the default table settings, and therefore, cannot be added automatically to successive results tables. However, to routinely add the same custom columns to each newly generated MultiQuant results table, custom columns can be added to the table in the Batch Editor in Analyst® software that is created before acquiring a data set. The custom columns created in the batch table will transfer over to MultiQuant software when a new results table is created using the data set acquired using the batch with the custom columns.
