User level control of Mainpass-Bypass valve switching in Agilent LC

We are currently using Agilent 1260 Infinity II in the front of the QTOF instrument and we are running a long LC method (60 mins) in SWATH mode in our QTOF x500R. We would like to use the power of valve switching in our LC during the run to shorten the time and chromatography. Currently, there is no way to use/activate the injection program within our Sciex OS LC method. This is creating a limitation with our large volume injection system. We would like to have access to the injector program that is embedded in the LC method panel.  Please help us to resolve this issue for us to be more efficient during our run. Thanks
