Seamless Transition from Immunoassay to Mass Spectrometry for the Forensic Screening of Drugs of Abuse
As drug abuse continues to grow worldwide, the need for more accurate and specific forensic toxicology screening increases. Mass spectrometry, specifically LC-MS/MS continues to evolve as the preferred platform for forensic drug screening. Particularly, quadrupole time-of-flight MS (QTOF-MS) technology provides high-resolution, accurate-mass data for full-scan information of both precursor ion and all product ions enhancing confidence in compound identification. In this webinar, scientists will be able to learn how a QTOF-MS based screening workflow can be easily implemented in the forensic toxicology laboratory for routine analysis.
