Join SCIEX at the US HUPO conference that will be held in Tempe, AZ, March 15, 2015 – March 18, 2015 US HUPO engages in scientific and educational activities to encourage the use of proteomics technologies and to disseminate knowledge pertaining to the human proteome and that of model organisms.
The OneOmics project is an ongoing effort to bring together SWATH®-based next-generation proteomics (NGP) and next-generation sequencing (NGS) tools in a cloud computing environment. This assembly of genomics and LC/MS dataypes is a partnership enabled by BaseSpace from Illumina, a single location for the integration of genotyping data, transcriptomics and SWATH® quantitative proteomics in the cloud.
This workshop will cover the live demonstration of the OneOmics data processing applications within BaseSpace and discuss the advances of SWATH® Acquisition to enable researchers to process and visualize data in the OneOmics platform.
Learn how you can:
Integrate proteomics data analysis with NGS or custom-built application data.
Build your own applications using the BaseSpace software developers kit.
