This course is an introduction to the ClearCore^TM MD Software, and is comprised of four modules: Overview and Optimization, Method Development, Data Acquisition and Quantitation. The ClearCore MD Software is one component of the Topaz System. This course is designed to teach a routine user and method developer how to use the ClearCore MD software and Topaz System for a general use quantitative LC-MS workflow. 

Upon completion of the series, you will be able to achieve the following tasks:

• Configure and activate devices
• Create an LC method for the Topaz LC
• Use Compound  Optimization to generate an MRM method for the Topaz Mass Spectrometer
• Optimize source and gas parameters
• Create a batch and submit samples for the Topaz System
• Quantitation using the Analytics workspace
