1. Open control panel
2. Click on "Clock and Region"
3. Click on "Region"
4. Make sure that the format field is set to English (United States)
5. Click Additional settings
6. Check if the decimal symbol is a "." and not a ","
7. Click Apply
8. Click OK
Language settings :
1. Open control panel
2. Click on "Clock and Region"
3. Click on "Region"
4. Click on "Language preferences
5. For the Windows display language, select English (United States).
