Enabling Hidden Folders in Windows 10 to Install an Analyst® Software License
Many users find that they cannot activate their Analyst® 1.7 software license file on a Windows 10 operating system because the folder where the license file is installed does not show.

Answer

To enable a hidden folder on a PC with Windows 10 operating system:

1) Type "hidden folders" in the Windows search window in the lower left-hand corner. The screenshot below shows the folder (yellow), which will need to be selected.

2) View the "Show hidden files and folders" this popup box.
User-added image3) Select "Show hidden files, folders and drives".
4) In Windows Explorer, the earlier missing ProgramData folder can be seen. Navigate to the folder in the following path to install the Analyst® software license file: C:/ProgramData/ABSCIEX/Analyst/License
