Triptorelin, a ten amino acid synthetic peptide, is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH agonist). A high sensitivity, robust LC-MS/MS detection strategy on QTRAP® 6500 system is shown for monitoring triptorelin in rat and human plasma at the low pg/mL levels during drug development.
A targeted metabolomics experiment was performed using the MIMOSA workflow to showcase the utility of a targeted fluxomics approach to better understanding the dynamic metabolic changes that occur during T-cell activation. Using the QTRAP 6500+ System with SelexION Technology and Polly software, high quality quantitative data is easily acquired and processed to track the flux through the glycolysis and TCA cycles.
Reliable sheathless CESI-MS assay has been developed for the quantification of PTH and variants using neutral coated capillaries and electrokinetic injection. Lower limits of quantification in the 37 to 77 pg/mL were observed for the various PTH forms.
