From Sciex OS, Click on the Configuration section.
Select Configuration from the top left corner.
Select the About tab,
Click on the button Generate a Support Package under Service and Support; in the middle of the screen, it will take couple of minutes to complete the process since there is lot of compress data to be copied to the package.
The service package will be stored as a zip file in C: drive under ServicePackges.Please note service package will contain many important files and the size would be between couple of MB to several MBs.
