If an Analyst® software data file is acquired to a temp or a cache folder, the data file may not have the .wiff or .wiff.scan file extension name. The data file extension name must be changed to .wiff or wiff.scan when the user attempts to move the files to a new location.

Verifying if the Data File is Acquired with Checksum On or Off in Analyst® Software
After opening a data file in Analyst® software in Explore mode, select the Verify Checksum radio button; a new window will appear to indicate whether or not the checksum feature has been turned on for the data file.
Locating 66-Vial Plates in the Analyst® Software Plate Code Selection
Analyst® Device Driver supports 66-vial plates, but they are not initially found in the plate code selection of the Analyst software batch editor. To view this plate option, the rack code needs to be changed to 2 Drawer Plates and then the user can find both of the 66-well plate code options: 66VialGen PlateR and 66VialGenPlateC.
