QTRAP theory will be introduced and participants will learn QTRAP System features and software to build methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis, with a focus on qualitative workflows. The course is divided between classroom based lectures providing LC/MS/MS theory and hands-on laboratory exercises designed to reinforce lecture fundamentals. Emphasis is placed on advanced scheduled MRM quantitation features, QTRAP® scan functions and Information-Dependent Acquisition (IDA) method development.
