  • Overview: This SCIEX Now Learning Hub course provides a short Introduction or system familiarization to your LC-MS system. This program is included with the purchase of all SCIEX mass spectrometers (MD versions) and is personalized to your instrument. It also provides experienced LC-MS users a brief and basic introduction to a new SCIEX system. The training process provides a unique blend of self-paced eLearning, instructor led and hands-on training provided at the customer site.

  • Who should attend: Included with all SCIEX MS system (MD versions) purchase or for intermediate learners who need a brief and basic introduction to a new SCIEX system.

  • Pre-requisites: None. This course is considered the prerequisite to any Success Program

  • What’s included:

    • 0.5 day (5 hours) of instructor led training at the customer site by an experienced SCIEX Service Professional.
    • Consumables required to complete the training.
    • Hands-on training focused on 1 primary learner. 2 additional learners can join for observation and content.
    • Enrollment in related self-paced eLearning courses on the Learning Hub.
    • Permanent access to all course materials for reference.
    • Access to > 100 SCIEX Now Learning Hub self-paced eLearning, and demonstrations as well as SCIEX Now online support tools available for up to 3 learners.
