Emphasis is placed on basic instrument tuning, calibration and data acquisition for Biologics Workflows, including intact protein and antibody analysis, peptide mapping and SWATH™ workflow. Additional topics covered include: BioPharmaView™, ProteinPilot™ software, PeakView® software, trouble shooting and instrument maintenance. Upon completion of the course, attendees should have an understanding of the SCIEX TripleTOF™ as it relates to Biologics Workflows.
