Safety and Lab Requirements, and Preparation cover appropriate laboratory safety procedures, how to prepare the system, mobile phases, and samples.
Optimization and Data Acquisition covers compound and source optimization to create an acquisition method, and how to acquire data.
Data Processing details how to create a processing method, process and review data, and generate a report using MultiQuantTM MD software.
If required, you can find example data to use as practice for data processing in the Resources section on the left side.

Working With MultiQuant Software follows the same workflow introduced in the aforementioned LC-MS/MS course as a foundation on which to expand each learner's knowledge about SCIEX's MultiQuant™ software interface, and to familiarize them with the platform's robust analytical capabilities.
Upon successfully completing this learning module, learners will be able to:
- Select a MultiQuant software integration algorithm
- Use the MultiQuant Wizard to process data and generate a results table
- Review peaks and change integration parameters
- Generate calibration curves, plot metrics, and analyze statistics
