Description: This training course is intended for new TripleTOF® system users. Emphasis is placed on basic instrument tuning, calibration, basic operation and Information Data Acquisition (IDA) for Small Molecule Workflows. Additional topics covered include: MRMHR, PeakView® Software, MasterView™ Software for Targeted and Unknown Screening, MultiQuant™ Software, SWATH™, troubleshooting and instrument maintenance. Upon completion of the course, attendees should have an understanding of the SCIEX TripleTOF® as it relates to Small Molecule targeted and Non-targeted workflows. The ultimate goal is that attendees will be capable of
transferring the principles and practices learned throughout the course and
apply them to their specific workflows.
The instrument model used during training may be different from your instrument model, but procedures will be the same or similar and will include content relevant for all.
