Add Minimum Peak Area/threshold to processing method

Currently on Analyst Intelliquan, multiquant, and the new AutoPeak, there is no way to set an area threshold. By this I mean any value less than the threshold should stop integrating and become 0. Curiously, this was the only way to do it in Analyst Classic, which had no height threshold function. 

For example, we set our threshold at 20% of the LLOQ. If the peak area is 1000, then the threshold would be 200 area. Anything less than 200 should be zero and not integrate. We do not exclusively use height or area in our methods, so we would want to have the ability to switch between.
