This template facilitates assay development for a large panel of analytes in a specific matrix with a specific chromatography configuration. The first step in this process is to acquire a set of replicates on a pooled sample to attempt to detect all analytes using an initial unscheduled assay generated by this template. Analytes are defined for optimization by including the MRM transitions on the Master Assay Table worksheet. The results from the initial replicates are then analyzed by this template to assess the assay quality for each compound, estimating RT’s and RT windows for scheduling and dwell weighting in the refined assay generated by the template. Additional rounds of refinement may be done to further optimize the assay. The template provides the ability to select different subsets of analytes based on assay quality to facilitate refinement. The template also serves to characterize the final assay once a satisfactory stopping point is reached.

Is there a reason the output files have no data on them? It'd be nice to see what it 'should' look like when everything has be added correctly. It appears that the first 3-4 sheets are filled out but the remaining 6 or so have very little info on them.
