We have Sciex QTRAP 5500 and recently started working on the Metabolite identification workflow. We have lightsight software, however, we learned that is not best for our application. BioPharmaView is suggested by an application expert however it is not compatible with triplequad data files.
It would be really helpful to explore the BioPharmView software across all the sciex platform.
