currently we have to manually copy the data from Analyst folder to SCIEX OS folder in order to process TQ/QT data in sciexOS. it will be good if we can change the directory as an option.
Resolved in SCIEX OS 1.6. With SCIEX OS 1.6 users can set Analyst Project as their root directory.
