Hear from experts in food analysis at SCIEX and Phenomenex about the application of LC-MS/MS for routine analysis. The complete workflow from sample prep to reporting will be covered, with an emphasis on complying with reporting standards and EU food safety regulations. This introductory session is designed for scientists, technicians and lab managers who are new to LC-MS or are considering bringing testing in-house to save on outsourced testing costs.
