From development to QC

Designed for the separation of single-stranded oligonucleotides from 50-9,000 nucleotides and beyond, the RNA 9000 Purity & Integrity kit analysis lets you get started with high-resolution separation right away. Determine the integrity, purity and size of up to 200 samples, utilizing SYBR™ Green II RNA Gel Stain1 from Thermo Fisher Scientific and the sensitive laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detector from SCIEX. Take control of analyses from early process development to analytical development and QC with seamless method transferability and validation completed on both the BioPhase 8800 system and the PA 800 Plus system. 

Each kit comes with:
 

  • Nucleic acid extended range gel, 140 mL (2)
  • SYBR™ Green II RNA Gel Stain1 (500x), 0.11 mL
  • Acid wash/regenerating solution (0.1M HCl), 100 mL
  • CE grade water, 140 mL (2)
  • LIF performance test mix, 20 mL
  • ssRNA ladder (0.05-9 kB), 70 µL
