Lipidomic analysis using flow injection analysis can be a qualitative and quantification approach to probing the lipidome. Often, these approaches are also high throughput and robust ways at looking as a multitude of matrices, but can suffer from bottlenecks in the data processing. This bottleneck can be from proper peak picking, removing false positives or deconvoluting the data to improve data confidence, or even data organization. Here, we provide a targeted MRM panel that is matrix agnostic with a third-party software solution to provide a simplified solution to lipid analysis.
