What happens next?

If your lead is based in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, India or Russia, a sales rep will be notified to reach out to them and follow up on your submission as quickly as possible. For countries that have strict data sharing laws the customer will receive an automated message asking to confirm their consent to being shared with SCIEX.

After consent has been received from the customer your lead will be passed to a local sales rep who will contact them as quickly as possible. If no consent is given then the lead will not reach the sales team and will receive no further communications from SCIEX.

This process is necessary in order to comply with EU Privacy requirements around data sharing.
