This course covers how to create LC and MS methods for SCIEX Triple Quad and QTRAP systems using SCIEX OS software. It includes the following topics:

• MS method workspace overview
• MS method experiment parameters
• Scheduling MS methods
• Creating LC methods

After taking this course, you should be able to:

• Create an MS method containing triple quadrupole or linear ion trap experiments
• Describe the different parameters for each MS experiment type
• Schedule MRM transitions in a method to acquire data at set time points
• Explain how multiple experiments can be included in a method and scheduled
• Convert an Analyst software method to a SCIEX OS software method
• Create an LC method and program the mass spectrometer diverter valve
