This course explains the quantitation and targeted identification workflow with SWATH acquisition using the X500 and ZenoTOF systems and covers the following topics:

• What is SWATH acquisition?
• Creating a LC method in SCIEX OS software
• Using the SWATH Variable Window Calculator and creating an MS method in SCIEX OS software
• Acquiring SWATH data
• Processing TOF-MS and TOF-MS/MS data using the Analytics workspace

Upon completion of the course, you should be able to create an LC and MS SWATH acquisition method, acquire and process data.
