In this course, we will be focusing on different types on column selectivity during method development.
After taking this course, the learner should be able to:

• understand the different factors affecting column selectivity
• know the differences between C18, C8, C4, phenyl and PFP type reverse phase columns
• understand polar analyte selectivity including normal phase, polar functional groups and HILIC selectivity.
