This is the third training module in Peptide Quant eLearning Series. Upon completion of this training, you will:

• Understand basic principles behind protein precipitation methods
• Understand isotope labeled internal standard peptides and their use in each sample prep protocol
• Identify the different types of solid phase extractions methods, and determine proper conditions for enrichment of a specific peptide analyte
• Be able to calculate matrix effects and recovery of extraction procedures; Understand peptide immunoaffinity enrichment strategies.
