The objective of this training module is to instruct in the creation of a BetaGal standard peptide digest method. This method will aid you in testing the integration and performance of your TripleTOF system with its Eksigent NanoLC front end. Additionally you will use this BetaGal method to perform automated calibrations of your TripleTOF system.

After taking this course you will be able to:

• Create and implement  the  LC-MS system integration test using the BetaGal standard and monitor your LC-MS performance
• Create and modify the calibration reference table for BetaGal
• Submit an autocalibration method to update the instrument default calibration
• Use PeakView software to perform post-acquisition data processing
