This eLearning course will describe how to create MS and AE methods for the Echo® MS+ system coupled with the ZenoTOF 7600 system for use in batch acquisition. It is intended for learners who are already familiar with the theory of AEMS.

After completing the course, you should be able to:

• Create MS and AE methods
• Describe the various MS parameters and appropriate values to use when combined with the Echo® MS+ system
• Explain how the different AE parameters affect acoustic ejection and appropriate values to use for your application
