RNA integrity and purity analysis is critical to ensuring the efficacy of RNA-based therapeutics and vaccines. When analyzing these products of interest, scientists often face less than desirable analytical resolution, poor method transferability and the need for multiple methods and platforms.
Now you can easily analyze a diverse array of RNA products, ranging from 50-9,000 bases – all while maintaining high-resolution – in a single solution. In this demonstration, we will assess RNA purity and accurate size estimation using the BioPhase 8800 system with high-sensitivity laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detection and the RNA 9000 Purity and Integrity kit.
Detailed and sensitive characterization of ionizable lipids that make up lipid nanoparticles (LNP) and their related impurities is necessary to ensure the quality of mRNA therapies. Additionally, there are mRNA quality attributes such as 5’ capping that directly impact efficacy and safety.
This demonstration will use the ZenoTOF 7600 system for both LNP characterization with electron-activated dissociation and reliable identification and relative quantification of different mRNA 5’ capping structures.
