User configuration of conditions for system to go into standyby mode

There are cases where a system configuration standby mode conditions want to be set by the user.

So the feature would allow the user to  setup these standby mode conditions. Either by allowing a dialog for setting, or via a way of attaching a set of conditions to a system that get activated when standby mode is activated.

Use cases:

                Some columns want to be left with flow and at a certain temperature in order to not damage them.

                Waters M-Class pump do not want to be turned off but set to a non-zero flow set the user.
