After Activating My Software License Key, the License File Was Not Emailed to Me

Issue Description

After the software license key was activated online at the SCIEX website at https://licensing.sciex.com/, the license file did not get emailed to the email address that was registered with the license. No license file was obtained for installing the software.


Resolution

This can occur when the email address is entered incorrectly when activating the license key online, and technical support must be contacted to retrieve the license file and update the email address associated with the license key. Once the corrected email address is entered, then the activated license file can be emailed to the license owner.
