Analyst Batch Errors: Injection volume must be a positive number./Weight to volume ratio must be a non negative number.

Issue Description

Batch can't be submitted due to one or both of the following errors: Injection volume must be a positive number./Weight to volume ratio must be a non negative number.

This can happen if the wrong regional settings are chosen - manually or pushed in the background via local IT.

Resolution

This error can happen if there is a mismatch in the decimal settings in the regional settings on the PC.

Regional settings can be found here:

Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
Click Region, the Region dialog box appears. 
Click the Additional Settings button.
The Customize Format dialog box appears.
Click the Numbers tab and check the settings.

Ensure that the decimal setting are using a dot, not a comma.

It can be necessary to switch the whole region settings to Englisch (US) to solve the issue.
