The software package, PeakView® 2.2 with CloudConnect 1.2 beta and SWATH® 2.0.1 software, is Windows 7 and Windows 10, 64-bit compatible.
Therefore, ion library creation using SWATH 2.0.1 and ProteinPilot™ 5.0.2 software in Windows 10 requires only one workflow. Further PCA analysis can be done in MarkerView™ 1.3.1 software (also on Windwos 10).
The other workflow in the SCIEX Cloud--CloudConnect and AutoUploader software 1.2 Beta--is also Windows 10 compatible.
