Can the order of the components in a results table be changed in SCIEX OS software?

Answer

Users can change the order of the components in a results table in SCIEX OS software by adding a new row and copying and pasting a row from elsewhere in the Components tab of a processing method.

1. Open a results table in the Analytics workspace.
2. In the Process Method menu, select Edit embedded method.
3. Once the processing method opens, select the Components tab.
4. Highlight the row where the component will be moved, right-click it, and select Insert Row Above.

5. Navigate to the row to be moved and select it. Right-click and select Copy. Move to the new row and select Paste. (This example shows component information for Pymetorzine in row 22 was moved to the newly created row 8.)

6. Remove the original row for Pymetrozine (Row 22) by right-clicking and selecting Delete Selected Row.
7. Click Process and Close. The analyte order has been changed.
