Answer
The answer is no. Prior to releasing ProteinPilot™ software, only older versions of Microsoft Office were available, and the software was only tested with Office 2007 and 2010. In particular, ProteinPilot and Microsoft Office 2016 are not compatible with the PDST templates and FDR reports. The compatibility of ProteinPilot software with Microsoft Office software is stated in the attached release notes for this version.
