Compatibility of Standard MutliQuant™ Software Files with MultiQuant MD Software

Answer

The compatibility of the standard files with MultiQuant™ MD software is as follows:
1) For the MultiQuant software standard results table file (.qsession):
a) If the .qsession file was created using a GLP version (MultiQuant with Audit Trail and security), it is OK to open the results table in MD; no information will be lost.
b) For .qsession files that were created using a non-GLP version, the file can be opened in MD in read-only mode, but cannot be altered or re-saved.

2) For the MultiQuant standard quant method files (.qmethod):
a) For either GLP or non-GLP created .qmethod files, there is no limitation or restrictions. These files can used in all versions of MQ without issue.
