Issue Description
When processing data in MultiQuant™ software, the following error appeared:
"Incorrect Argument"
"Length cannot be less than zero"
"Parameter name: length"
Resolution
In this instance, Analyst® software and MultiQuant software installed, and data files (.wiff and wiff.scan) were being copy and pasted to random places on the hard drive.
A test project folder was created in Analyst, and the data in question was moved to the proper location (The Data folder) within the Analyst file structure in that project. The error disappeared.
The best way to copy data and method files is to copy and paste at the project level.
