Does the Echo MS System Support All QTRAP® 6500+ System Functionality?

Answer

The Echo® MS System cannot be supported by the QTRAP® 6500+ System; instead, Echo MS is paired with the TripleQuad 6500+ System for data acquisition. The Echo MS System is compatible with electrospray ionization (ESI) sources only and does not support ionization by atmospheric-pressure chemical ionization (APCI). The Echo MS System also does not support the differential scanning mobility functionality of the SelexION® differential mobility separation device.
