Issue Description
Resolution
The solution is to increase the maximum number of waiting samples under the Queue Options menu in Analyst software. In Configure mode, go to Tools, Settings, Queue Options and increase the Max. Num. Waiting Samples to a number larger than number of samples in your batch. This should resolve the issue and the user will be able to submit samples.
