Opening the Queue workspace causes OFX.Core error in SCIEX OS software in versions prior to 3.3.1

Issue Description

Opening the queue workspace can give an error in versions of SCIEX OS software before version 3.3.1. The error appears when clicking on the Queue pane and reads:

OFX.Core.Contracts.Exceptions.OFXException :Resolution of the dependency failed, type = 'Clearcore2.VerticalApplications.Queue.ViewModels.QueueViewModel', name = '(none)'.
Exception occurred while: Calling constructor Clearcore2.VerticalApplications.Queue.ViewModels.QueueViewModel().
Exception is: InvalidOperationException - Sequence contains no matching element

At the time of the exception, the container was:
Resolving Clearcore2.VerticalApplications.Queue.ViewModels.QueueViewModel,(none)
Calling constructor Clearcore2.VerticalApplications.Queue.ViewModels.QueueViewModel()

Sequence contains no matching element

Below is a screenshot of the error.


Resolution

This issue was fixed in SCIEX OS Software version 3.3.1. Upgrading the software to version 3.3.1 will resolve the issue.

If upgrading is not an option, completely uninstall the SCIEX OS software by following the Installation Cleanup protocol outlined in the software installation guide, and then reinstall the software.
