Increasing the Maximum Injection Volume for an MPX™ Software System

Answer

To change the default injection volume in MPX™ 1.2.1 software, the MaxInjectVolume line in the MPX configuration file (Multiplex.INI) can be edited. The line normally reads:
MaxInjectVolume=50
but it can be modified to the desired maximum injection volume from the default injection range of 0.1-50.0 µL in the MPX software method editor. This value is not hard-coded in MPX software.

Additionally, the value added to the injection volume field in the Analyst software batch editor (on the Sample tab) will override the configured MPX injection value during an acquisition run. This field has a hard-coded range of 0.1-2000 µL.
