How Can the Data from Two Experiments Acquired within One Period Be Separated in Analyst Software?

Answer

To separate the data from two experiments acquired within one period in Analyst® software, the data file should be opened in Explore mode. The data file (example below) shows the total ion chromatogram (TIC) for all experiments. Double click the green arrow at the bottom of the x-axis of the combined TIC to separate the TICs from each experiment.



The combined TIC will remain open, and the individual TICs from each experiment will open below it, as shown.
