How Are Analytes Deleted from a Processing Method in Sciex OS Software?

For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Answer

Begin with an existing Processing method or Start by adding samples, etc. and go to the Components tab.  Highlight the rows you want to delete, right click and select 'Delete Rows'.

 

Once you do that, the compounds will disappear from the Compound list as shown: 



You can now choose to process using the new method, but don't forget to save!!
