How to export the system log for the BioPhase 8800 system

BioPhase Log File Extractor software is a utility to export the log of events from the system. SCIEX Technical Support may request this log to help troubleshoot issues with your system. 

1. Double-click the BioPhase Log File Extractor icon on the desktop to open the software. On the left, a list of available BioPhase 8800 systems is displayed. 

2. Click the BioPhase 8800 system with the log to be exported in the list and click Refresh if needed.

3. Click Browse under Destination Folder to select the folder for the exported log.

4. Click Select a date to choose a date range for the export.

5. Click OK to export the results to a zip files, which includes an XML file with a txt file extension. The export may take a few minutes to complete.
