How to Export UV Data into a Text File in SCIEX OS Software

Answer

1) To view a data file (.wiff) that also contains UV data in SCIEX OS software in the Explorer module, open the data file. Then locate the Show menu and select UV/DAD/ADC Channel.


2) Once UV trace is displayed, click Data and Peaks Table under the Show menu to display the table.


3) After the Data/Peaks table is displayed, right click on the gray area to select Export Data as Text or Export Peak List as Text.


4) The text file can be saved to a specified location.
